The suite featured a queen bed and a pull-out sofa, both comfortable and clean. I appreciated the nice furnishings and bedding, which enhanced my overall stay. Located just a short distance from Willowbrook Mall, it offered plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff, particularly Gary, were exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable about late-night food options. I enjoyed the breakfast selection each morning. However, my stay wasn't without issues. The noise from the nearby highway made it difficult to relax, especially if your room is on that side. Internet access was frustrating. I had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi and the ethernet ports didn't work in any of the rooms we occupied. The pool area was disappointing too. the hot tub was out of order for the entirety of my stay, and the pool itself was unclean. Although the room quality was nice, cleanliness and maintenance in common areas and amenities could be significantly improved.

Consider asking for kitchen utensils beforehand. availability can vary significantly between rooms.

I had a great stay! The room was spacious and boasted modern amenities like stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, giving it a homey feel. Special shoutout to Sandra and Chanel for their exceptional service. they truly made my experience enjoyable. The breakfast was well-stocked with a variety of fresh fruit and yogurt options, making it a bright start to my day. One downside was the internet speed, which could definitely use improvement.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Houston Nw/Willowbrook, An Ihg Hotel. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruits. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my visit.

The room was clean, and having a full kitchen with a fridge and microwave made it super convenient for our family meals. We loved relaxing in the outdoor pool and taking advantage of the BBQ facilities for family dinners. The only hiccup was hearing footsteps from above, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 🙌
